Okeanis Eco Tankers intends to raise up to USD 15 million of new equity for the purpose of strenghtening its working capital and for general corporate purposes, as set forth in a stock exchange notice today (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/476808).

The company’s largest shareholder, Glafki Marine Corp., has provided an undertaking to subscribe for any and all shares not taken up by other investors in the offering, on the basis of a subscription price of NOK 83.

Fearnley Securities act as managers of the offering, which is expected to be closed no later than 14 May 2019 at 08:00.
